Before & After: Fire Damage Rebuilds Across DFW

Three homes that caught fire. Three full rebuilds, handled start to finish by one team: demolition, smoke and fire mitigation, reconstruction, and the insurance claim that paid for it. No stock photos. Every image below is a job we did.

Three fire losses, three finished homes

What a Full Rebuild Actually Looks Like

Each of these families came to us after a house fire. In every case we took the affected rooms down to the studs, cleared the smoke and soot damage, and rebuilt. Same crew from the first walkthrough to the last coat of paint.

Multi-Room House Fire, Burleson

The fire moved through several rooms before it was out. Drywall, insulation, and ceilings in the affected areas were a loss, and smoke had reached well beyond the rooms that burned.

  • Full demolition of fire-damaged rooms down to the framing
  • Fire and smoke mitigation, including soot and odor treatment
  • Complete rebuild: drywall, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint
  • Insurance claim documented and coordinated by our team

  • Full demolition of fire-damaged rooms
  • Fire and smoke mitigation throughout the structure

Three lightning strikes hit this home around midnight while the family was inside. The house caught fire. Everyone got out safely, but the structure took significant burn damage, including the roof. We rebuilt it from the framing up.

  • Full demolition of burned areas, including roof structure
  • Fire and smoke mitigation
  • New roof framing, insulation, and full interior rebuild

How a Full Rebuild Works

Every project above followed the same path. One team owns all of it, so nothing falls through the gap between cleanup and construction.

1

Secure and Document

Board-up where needed, then photos, moisture readings, and a scope of loss written the way insurance carriers expect to see it.

2

Demolition and Mitigation

Fire-damaged materials come out. Soot, smoke residue, and odor get treated throughout the structure, not just in the rooms that burned.

3

Rebuild

Framing, insulation, drywall, electrical and plumbing coordination, then kitchens, baths, flooring, and paint. Same crew, no handoff to a second contractor.

4

Final Walkthrough

You walk the finished home with the people who built it. The claim file is complete and your home is ready to live in again.

Not a fire? We rebuild after water and storm damage too.

Same process, same team. And if you're planning a kitchen or bath remodel without a disaster first, that's the other half of what we do.
